While volume based recoveries largely revolves around recoveries from a large pool of individuals who have relatively smaller debts, this scope of recoveries here relate to recoveries conducted against companies who have outstanding accounts or debt owing to another company.

In handling commercial recoveries, we have to understand and familiarized ourselves with the client’s nature of business and understand how the debt was incurred. Once we fully understand the whole scenario we then take up contact with the debtor and commence negotiations for re-payment.

During such recovery cases it is normal to encounter disputes from the debtor relating to various issues and claims. In such instances we will try our best to resolve these disputes ourselves based on documentation evidence. However in some situations it will be necessary for us to arrange for meetings to be held between the client and debtor themselves in order to resolve these out the raised issues and disputes. During these sessions Newvest Recoveries will attend and be involved all the way as mediator and representative of the client.
