We have found that concerted and focused recovery action produces the best results for our clients whilst allowing the recovery personnel to maximize their recovery levels.
Our recovery personnel are carefully screened and vetted thoroughly before they are officially recruited into the organization. All potential staff must possess the right mind-set and attitude plus be capable of operating professionally in a challenging atmosphere. Newvest Recoveries does not employ anyone on a freelance or part time basis as this method does not fit into our policies of employee relations and client satisfaction. All recovery staff are remunerated with a basic salary plus a lucrative commission scheme.
Because our organization is only as good as the people working for it, we recognize the need to manage, supervise and train each and every staff comprehensively. Each of our main recovery departments are equipped with managers and supervisors in place. Their role is to manage the smooth operations of their respective departments and aggressively attempt to achieve and surpass their monthly targets. Needless to say they are heavily incentivized and in some cases rewarded by way of departmentalized profit share basis.
To focus and produce the best results, a separate and dedicated recovery team is set up to service each client. From experience this is the best way to produce excellent recovery levels for the client and the recovery personnel is allowed to concentrate on 1 specific area without getting confused or sidetracked. Given the opportunity and a reasonable and consistent volume of work, our commitment to our clients is to afford them this method of a dedicated recovery team, handling only their work, which has a proven track record.
