Newvest Recoveries handles and manages recoveries for various clients throughout the country. As most of our clients conduct their business all over Malaysia, we in turn have increased our network of branches to cater and service our clients in an efficient, effective and comprehensive manner.

All recovery assignments are referred to our head office and registered in our recoveries software system. Technology has revolutionized the recoveries process and will continue to do change the face of how recoveries can and are conducted. In line with this Newvest Recoveries has changed the concept and function of branches within recoveries sector.

The concept that has been employed here is termed Site Visit Centers (SVC). Newvest Recoveries nationwide SVC operate and cover 3 major areas; Northern Region, Southern Region and Eastern Region. The Northern Region SVC conducts site visits and field work that cover the states of Perak, Penang and Kedah. The Southern Region SVC handles Negeri Sembilan and Johor while the Eastern SVC covers Pahang, Terengganu and Kelantan. The Klang Valley is handled by our Head Office.

The coordination of these SVCs are done from our Head Office and managed by the various departments managers. Each SVC team has a Team Lead who plans out and mobilizes their respective teams to conduct site visit assignments. The assignments are managed and commissioned to the SVC Team Lead by the managers. The outcome and feedback of site visits are then communicated on a daily basis to the respective managers through e mail, telephone and fax.

The core function of the SVC is to conduct site visits on the referred assignments and then report the site visit recovery outcome and findings back to the respective managers in the Head Office for further recovery action to continue.
